We are looking to hire a Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our Apartment buildings in Park Forest, IL.

Responsibilities include:
Coordinating and overseeing repairs and unit turns Understanding financial goals and cost/benefit operational decisions Coordinating and overseeing apartment and building repairs and tenant improvements Ensuring Tenant needs are met, fostering a positive rapport with Tenants Performing or directing daily, weekly, and monthly physical property and apartment inspections Directing maintenance personnel, helping with follow through on repairs and maintenance Ensuring maintenance and repairs are performed in a timely manner and per schedule Reviewing vendor and contractor invoices Working with the Maintenance department and the Leasing department to ensure that all vacant space is in market ready condition at all times Analyzing and reviewing rents Exploring and implementing practices for expense savings and efficiencies Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor degree or some college 2 years of Apartment Property Management experience CPM or related certification is preferred A successful candidate will also possess the following characteristics:
